Best Wyndham credit card sign-up bonuses: Up to 80k points in November 2024

October 28, 2024: When reviewing this article we found that there’s now an offer on the Wyndham Rewards Earner® Business Card that lets you earn up to 80,000 points. We’ve updated our coverage to reflect this.

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts is one of the smaller major hotel chains, with approximately 9,100 properties. You probably know Wyndham for its value brands like Days Inn, La Quinta, Super 8, and Ramada. But the chain also offers upscale properties and has a partnership with Vacasa, allowing you to redeem Wyndham points for vacation rentals.

Barclays Bank issues three credit cards that offer Wyndham Rewards points. Here’s what you need to know about the best sign-up bonuses on Wyndham credit cards.

My take on the current Wyndham offers: Meh. Best to wait.

We just recently started tracking the offers on Wyndham Rewards credit cards, but I know that there have been much better offers in the past. It seems like Barclays increases the welcome offers on these cards at least once a year. I got my Earner Plus card on a 100k offer earlier this year.

If you don’t have an immediate need for the card, it’s probably best to wait for increased bonuses to come around.

While the Wyndham Rewards Earner® Business Card offers the largest possible bonus, earning the full welcome bonus requires a relatively princely amount of spending. The Wyndham Rewards Earner® Plus Card currently offers 5,000 fewer points, but you’ll earn them after spending a total of $2,000, rather than $15,000. Given that you could get north of $1,500 of cash back value through two Ink card bonuses with the $13,000 difference in spending, I’d go for the Plus card.
