My take on the welcome bonus
If you shop at Target with any frequency, you should have the Target Circle Card in your wallet. The 5% discount you get on most things at Target mean that this card is one of the best cards to use at Target.
$50 off a $50 shopping trip is the highest offer I’ve seen on the Target Circle Card. When this card was the Target Red Card, Target seemed to launch this offer and then discontinue it every few weeks. Recently, the offer has been pretty consistently available.
If you don’t see the $50 off $50 offer, just wait for a few weeks before applying for the card. There’s little reason to apply for the card when it has a lesser offer.
