Targeted offer: How to find a better offer
We haven’t recently seen any targeted offers on the American Express® Business Gold Card, but that doesn’t mean that they don’t exist!
Finding a targeted offer can be a tricky task, but here are the top three tactics we use to find the best targeted offers:
- Visit the American Express website directly and see if a targeted offer for the card is displayed.
- Search for “Amex Business Gold” and click on the links to the Amex website.
- Trying the two tactics above in an Incognito or Private browsing window might yield different results.
Only American Express knows how it generates targeted offers. Seeing a good offer doesn’t guarantee that you’ll see that offer again when you refresh your browser window.
Bottom line: You can probably get twice the points for shopping around
Amex is somewhat notorious for offering better bonuses to those who are willing to hunt around and the American Express® Business Gold Card is no different. It’s very likely that there’s a better bonus out there than you’ll see advertised on most sites.
