To access your specific card’s benefits, you need to log into Chase.com. Go to Chase.com and enter your username and password in the login box. If you end up at a Chase page that doesn’t show the login box, you should see a button that says “Sign in” at the top left corner of the screen.

Sometimes Chase requires you to get an authentication code. This can happen if you haven’t logged in onto your account from this computer before. You’ll need to receive this code by phone or text message and enter this code to proceed.
