Prime Visa sign-up bonus: Limited time $200 Amazon gift card

November 8, 2024: Amazon and Chase have increased the bonus on the Prime Visa to include a $200 Amazon gift card upon approval.

The Prime Visa is an essential card for Amazon Prime shoppers, thanks to its 5% cash back rewards on Amazon Prime purchases and the inclusion of extended warranty and purchase protection benefits.

My take: An essential card for Amazon Prime with the best bonus since we’ve started tracking

If you have Amazon Prime and don’t already have this card, what are you doing with your life?!?

Okay, in reality, which card to use for Amazon is probably way down on your priority list, but getting this card is an easy call. This card is the best card to use at Amazon.com for most purchases. It earns 5% rewards on your purchases and the inclusion of both extended warranty protection and purchase protection means that you don’t have to worry about giving up rewards for essential benefits—you get both.

The current $200 Amazon gift card bonus is the best bonus we’ve seen on this card since we started tracking it. We don’t have any information about when this offer, which is marketed as a “limited-time offer” will end, but my speculation is that the end of this offer will be sometime near the end of the holiday shopping season.

If you have Amazon Prime and don’t already have this card, get it now.
